By accessing and using Quick Notepad Pro (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quick Notepad Pro is a web-based note-taking application that stores all data locally in your browser's IndexedDB. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you create and store using the Service. You are also responsible for the security of your data, which includes backing up your notes and securing your device. Since all data is stored locally, we have no access to it and cannot recover it for you if it is lost.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content created by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VAYA & Co. and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VAYA & Co., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
